refund policy.

New accounts get a 30-day free trial. No card required to start. You won't be charged unless you choose to continue past day 30.

Cancel any time from the billing page or by emailing billing@truckerzoom.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.

Committed terms (annual or multi-year) cannot be cancelled mid-term except for cause.

You may cancel renewal by giving 30 days' notice before the term ends.

We refund overpayments and billing errors in full.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.

Exceptions for material outages or breaches of SLA are handled per the SLA terms in your contract.

After cancellation, you have 90 days to export your data via the API or the billing page.

After 90 days, we delete operational data per our retention schedule. Financial records are retained 7 years for audit purposes.

Email billing@truckerzoom.com from the email address on the account, or use the in-product cancel flow under Settings → Billing.

We confirm cancellation within one business day.
