- Is there a minimum?
- Yes. $250 per month is the floor on the carrier subscription. Above that, $70 to $140 per active driver per month depending on the tier.
- What counts as an active driver?
- Drivers are billed while active, regardless of whether they are assigned loads. Billing stops only upon termination.
- Is the marketplace billed separately?
- The marketplace and ModalMatch are included free with every carrier or broker account.
- What about onboarding?
- Onboarding is free. You will be able to mass import drivers, customers, warehouses, assets, and more.
- Is there a contract?
- Month to month. Free 30 day trial. If you are switching from another TMS, TruckerZoom is free until your current contract ends.
- What is in the Enterprise tier?
- Enterprise ($140 per active driver) includes a dedicated CSM, priority SLA, custom integrations, and Open API at scale. For brokers, pricing is bespoke. Contact us.
